In order for you to enter into an agreement with us at riislund.dk, we need the following information: Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.

We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering the product to you. The personal data is registered at riislund.dk and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted. The owners and service consultants of riislund.dk have access to the information registered about you. The data controller at riislund.dk is Sandra Lund (Service Manager).

What we collect and store

Payments

We use payment and acquiring providers when you use credit cards to pay for your service. Here we use Nets A/S.

When payments are processed, some of your data will be transferred to Nets A/S, including information necessary to process or support the payment, such as the total purchase and billing information.

Shipments

We use shipping providers when we ship the goods to you that you have ordered and paid for. Here we use Shipmondo ApS.

When goods are shipped, some of your data will be transferred to Shipmondo ApS, including delivery address information and billing information.

Your rights

As registered with riislund.dk, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to know what data is registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act and inquiries in this regard should be directed to kundeservice@riislund.dk.
