Right of Withdrawal
When you purchase an item on riislund.dk, you always have 14 days to cancel the purchase from the date you receive the item according to the rules in the Danish E-Commerce Act.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please write to kundeservice@riislund.dk. We must have your written confirmation within 14 days of your receipt of the goods.
You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to receive the goods without giving us written notice of this. You must pay for the return shipment yourself and may not, for example, send the item cash on delivery. We recommend that you return the package in the same way that riislund.dk used when we sent it to you. We usually use PostNord or GLS, so you should do the same. Remember to send it directly to our address – you do this by sending it as a business package. If you return the package to a parcel shop near our address, it will not be picked up.
You must return the product to riislund.dk without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel the purchase. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return of the goods. When returning the product, it is recommended that you secure proof of the return by means of a postal receipt or similar. When returning the item, you are responsible for ensuring that it is packed securely. You bear the risk of delivery of the goods from the time of shipment.
The condition of the item when you return it
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item. To receive a full refund, you must do the same as you would in a physical store. You can test the product, but not actually use it. Missing original packaging will constitute a loss of value, so to ensure a full refund, the item must be returned in its original packaging.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will of course be refunded the amount you have paid to riislund.dk. In the event of a depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you on the applicable purchase being withdrawn, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date we have received notice of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We carry out such a refund with the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided proof of return before then. You must attach a copy of the order confirmation.

Warranty Claim
You have a 24-month warranty and the possibility to use the 6-month presumption rule from the day you receive a product sold by riislund.dk. You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely. If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.
When you shop at riislund.dk you get a 2-year warranty. This means that we cover all defects that may occur on the product that are not self-inflicted or caused by wear and tear/common use. riislund.dk follows the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Please note that we do not cover, for example, misuse, operating losses, loss of earnings, etc.
You must contact kundeservice@riislund.dk and state in writing what problem you are experiencing with the sold product from riislund.dk. You may not submit a product to riislund.dk without having agreed to it first. Shipping to our workshop in the event of a complaint is paid by riislund.dk. If a claim is rejected, a fee of DKK 100 will be charged to cover troubleshooting, shipping and handling.
Important: In the complaint package to riislund.dk, all accessories that came with the purchase must be included, copy of proof of purchase and error description must be attached.

Remember that the item must always be returned in proper packaging to avoid damage in transit.

If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact kundeservice@riislund.dk (ATT: Sandra Lund). If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can file a complaint with the Complaints Board if the conditions for this are met.
